Role Overview: As a Sales Associate, you will engage with potential US clients via calls, and emails, promote our IT services and apps, and convert leads into long-term customers. This role is strictly for freshers, experienced candidates will not be considered Key Responsibilities: Responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads depending on the product/service we sell in the market. Generate leads to develop business from different sources like LinkedIn and other social media or communities. Make outbound calls to US clients, introducing our IT services and app solutions. Generate and qualify leads through calls and research. Deliver engaging sales presentations and follow up to close deals. Maintain and update client information in CRM tools. Achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service. Collaborate with appropriate sales team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches. Requirement: Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written). Ability to engage with clients and deliver compelling sales pitches. Basic understanding of IT services or a willingness to learn. Comfortable working remotely and independently. Willingness to work in the US timing.
