We are now seeking a creative and highly motivated Graphic Designer to join our marketing team and help produce visually stunning content that attracts high-quality clients across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and more. ⸻ Work Location • Hybrid (Ahmedabad, India preferred) • 2 Days/Week from Office (Location to be shared upon shortlisting) • 3 Days/Week Remote ⸻ Working Hours • 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST (Should adjust as per Daylight savings time) • 1 hour total break time included, ensure you update Slack status with specific time range before taking breaks. • Must be active and responsive on Slack during working hours (2–3 mins response time is a must) ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Design at least 3 high-quality visual assets per working day such as: • Carousels • Infographics • Explainer videos (shorts, reels, YouTube formats) • LinkedIn banners and quote posts • Story-based swipe content for Instagram and LinkedIn • Collaborate with CloudSpikes leadership, engineers, and copywriters to translate complex technical ideas into digestible visual content • Maintain consistent brand aesthetics across all content • Create visual content for lead generation including: • Case studies and client success stories • Service flyers and one-pagers • Visual email campaigns • Landing page illustrations and web graphics • Ad creatives for LinkedIn & Meta platforms • Stay updated on design trends, SaaS marketing, and DevOps visuals to ensure content remains fresh and relevant • Organize and version design files for future edits, reuse, and scale ⸻ What We’re Looking For • 2–4 years of professional design experience (preferably in SaaS, tech, or B2B) • Proficiency in tools like Canva Pro, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) • Experience creating infographics and motion-based videos or Lottie animations is a plus • Understanding of or ability to learn technical topics like DevOps, Cloud, CI/CD, SRE • Strong portfolio of relevant carousel, infographic, and video-style content • Excellent communication skills in English and ability to respond quickly on Slack (within 2–3 minutes during shift) • Must be based in Ahmedabad, India or nearby, and open to hybrid work model ⸻ Why Join CloudSpikes? • Get to work directly with Cloud, DevOps & SRE engineers on real-world cutting-edge projects • Be the design voice behind a growing global tech brand • Opportunity to grow into a Design Lead role and build your own team • Exposure to international clients and design for global SaaS marketing ⸻ Compensation • Competitive salary based on experience • Performance-based bonuses and rewards • Access to premium design tools, AI assistants, and training resources ⸻ How to Apply Send us: 1.
