Key Responsibilities: - Complete operational tasks, incident logging, reporting, identity and access management, cloud components monitoring, and testing to support the day-to-day cloud service delivery infrastructure - Contribute to reviewing existing operations in your area of work and assist in identifying improvements Qualifications: - Good working knowledge of Windows and/or Linux - Some knowledge of installing and configuring programs on Windows or Linux - Helpful to have some knowledge of AWS Preferred Qualifications: - Expertise in installing releases - Proficiency with Terraform or similar Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools - Expertise in monitoring tools such as CloudWatch or Dynatrace - Experience in certificate management - Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and cloud orchestration (AWS preferred) In addition to the technical qualifications, you will be expected to demonstrate the following behavioral competencies: - Ensures Accountability - Manages Complexity - Communicates Effectively - Balances Stakeholders - Collaborates Effectively You will be part of a company that offers a well-rounded benefits program, including a competitive salary, market-competitive benefits, and a quarterly perks program.
