ROLE : QC Test Engineer Education : BE/B. Tech/DQE Exp: 0-2yrs(Relevant) Job Location: Hyderabad, Job Type: WFO Skills Skills: Experienced in Cards/Modules functional Testing with test setups. Knowledge of test equipment: Multimeters, Oscilloscopes, IR, HV, and Functional testers. Familiarity with quality standards and testing methodologies. Knowledge of reliability standards and safety compliance. Experience in identifying and managing defects Ensure compliance with standards such as ISA SIL4, ISO 9001, IPC, IEC, or customer specifications. Knowledge of any quality tools such as 5 Why Analysis, Fishbone Diagram, 8D methodology Key Responsibilities – Perform functional, electrical, mechanical, and environmental testing on products or components. Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test procedures. Inspect reliability tests (MTBF, burn-in, stress testing) and performance validation. Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished goods to detect defects or deviations. Identify non-conformances and raise NCR (Non-Conformance Reports). Participate in FMEA, PPAP, APQP, and control plan implementations. Analyze test results and prepare detailed test reports. Maintain documentation for traceability and quality audits. Recommend improvements in test procedures and quality processes. Support Lean Six Sigma initiatives to reduce variation and enhance quality
