Job Details: Position: Part-Time Digital Marketing Expert Employment Type: Part-time, Remote Working Hours: 20-25 hours per week Expected Salary: ₹5,000 - ₹7,000 per month Experience Required: 1-3 years in digital marketing Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Expert to manage our social media presence, create engaging video content, and run effective advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Create and schedule daily posts across Facebook, Instagram Develop engaging content (images, videos, stories, reels) Increase follower engagement and community interaction Monitor and respond to comments and messages Implement social media growth strategies Video Content Creation & Editing: Create and edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Stories) Design engaging video content showcasing our AI design process Edit product demonstration videos Create customer testimonial videos Develop tutorial content for the platform Facebook & Instagram Advertising: Create and manage paid advertising campaigns Set up targeted ad campaigns for different customer segments Monitor ad performance and optimize for results A/B test ad creatives and copy Manage advertising budget effectively Performance Analytics: Track and report on social media metrics Analyze campaign performance and ROI Provide weekly performance reports Suggest improvements based on data insights Required Skills & Qualifications: Must Have: 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing Proficiency in video editing software (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, or similar) Experience managing Facebook & Instagram business accounts Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite Strong understanding of social media analytics Creative content creation skills Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hindi Preferred Skills: Experience with e-commerce or creative platforms Knowledge of current social media trends Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop) Understanding of influencer marketing Experience with social media scheduling tools What We Offer: Competitive salary: ₹5,000 - ₹7,000 per month Fully remote work opportunity ⏰ Flexible working hours Opportunity to grow with a innovative AI startup Performance-based bonuses Learning and skill development opportunities
