Role Description & Key Responsibilities: Cloud Migration Tools experience with Bit-Titan/Quest or similar tools Cloud Migration Planning and Discovery Experience in at least 3 cloud migration projects Experience in PowerShell scripting on M365 and Azure Experience in M365 Tenant to Tenant Migrations and GSuite to M365 Migrations Experience and Knowledge on Azure environment will be an advantage Experience in Server migrations will be an advantage Ability to manage multiple projects in Parallel with demanding deadlines Experience in creating project plans Customer facing ability and handle escalations Manage team workload and distribute tasks Track issues and coordinate with multiple teams to resolve Improve overall customer satisfaction by timely and proactive communication and relationship. Leading a team. Qualifications 1. Windows Server 2021 or higher, Co-place cloud, barebone etc. 2. Linux servers Debian, SUSE enterprise, RHEL 3. Hyper V, virtualization 4. SQL, DB, RDBMs 5. Google workspace, MS O365 admin console, AWS, Azure & other cloud platforms Strong skills in Consulting and Project Management, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage project timelines. Hands-on experience with Infrastructure and Integration to ensure seamless system transitions and best practices in implementation. Proficiency in Data Migration processes, with attention to accuracy, security, and completing migrations within deadlines. Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site team environment. Educational background in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications in project management or ITIL are advantageous.
