Build and maintain a quality prospect database focused on US-based clients in need of Data/AI/Cloud services. 2. Perform market research and prospecting through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, and other digital channels. 3. Generate qualified leads for staffing or project-based engagements in Data Engineering, Cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP), AI/ML, and Analytics. 4. Understand client pain points and identify opportunities for solution selling. 5. Coordinate with internal recruitment and technical teams to align sales strategy with candidate supply. 6. Prepare and analyze weekly/monthly sales pipeline reports and dashboards. 7. Maintain detailed records of lead generation activities in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or similar). 8. Collaborate with marketing to design and run email marketing campaigns tailored to US tech decision-makers. 9. Create reports summarizing key insights on lead conversion, industry trends, and competitor activity. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to interact with technical and business stakeholders. 4. Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and CRM tools. - Comfortable working in the US time zone (EST/PST hours). 5. Experience with cold calling, email campaigns, and a multi-touch outreach strategy. 6. Track record of generating qualified leads and achieving lead generation KPIs. 7. Strong analytical and reporting skills using Excel, CRM dashboards, etc. Nice to Have 1. Experience in IT consulting/staffing services targeting Data Engineers, ML Engineers, Cloud Engineers, or AI specialists. 2.
