Cloud Technical Architect

As a seasoned Solution Architect with 12+ years of experience, your role will involve designing and modernizing enterprise applications. You will drive cloud migration strategies and work in hybrid cloud environments. Your deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Python, and modern frameworks, along with proficiency in cloud platforms (GCP, AWS etc.), DevOps, and microservices architecture will be crucial for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Lead modernization of legacy applications to cloud-native architectures. - Define and execute cloud migration strategies for hybrid environments. - Design microservices and event-driven architectures for scalability and resilience. - Create and maintain Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) to align teams. - Actively code in Java, Spring Boot, Python, and React/Angular. - Build and maintain REST APIs for services. - Architect solutions on AWS and GCP. - Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform. - Ensure containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes. - Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Jenkins. - Mentor engineers, lead code reviews, and enforce best practices. - Collaborate with stakeholders to articulate delivery concepts and influence teams. - Define and implement comprehensive monitoring and observability strategies using industry-standard tools and practices. - Knowledge of security best practices in cloud and distributed systems. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum 12 years in software development and architecture roles. - Programming: Java, Spring Boot, Python, React/Angular, SQL. - Cloud Platforms: AWS, GCP. - IaC: Terraform. - DevOps Tools: GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins. - Containerization & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes. - Architecture: Microservices, Event-driven systems. - Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and ability to influence teams. - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Nice-to-Have: - Experience in setting up Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions using frameworks such as Key cloak, Auth0, or similar. - Exposure to Generative AI and agentic frameworks. - Experience working in Scrum or Scaled Agile frameworks.,
