Skills and Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in Telesales or a similar role. Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Tamil Strong persuasive skills and the ability to handle objections. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills.
