Cloud Solution Delivery Sr Advisor

As a Cloud Solution Delivery Sr Advisor at NTT DATA, your role involves leading and directing a team of engineers in implementing end-to-end data solutions using AWS services such as Lambda, S3, Snowflake, DBT, and Apache Airflow. Your responsibilities include cataloguing data, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, and providing documentation for downstream teams to develop, test, and run data products efficiently. You will also be involved in testing tooling, delivering CI/CD and IaC, defining re-usable pipelines using DBT projects, and ensuring the best practice use of version control and Agile methodologies. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and direct a small team of engineers in implementing data solutions using AWS services - Catalogue data and collaborate with cross-functional teams - Provide documentation for downstream teams - Test tooling and provide frameworks for downstream teams - Deliver CI/CD and IaC for tooling and downstream teams - Define re-usable pipelines using DBT projects Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - 5+ years of experience in data engineering - 2+ years of experience in leading a team of data engineers - Experience in AWS cloud services - Expertise with Python and SQL - Experience with Git/Github for source control management - Experience with Snowflake - Strong understanding of lakehouse architectures and best practices - Strong problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills - Strong understanding of version control and Agile methodologies Preferred Skills: - Understanding of Lakehouses - Understanding of Apache Iceberg tables - Understanding of data cataloguing - Knowledge of Apache Airflow for data orchestration - Understanding of DBT - SnowPro Core certification About NTT DATA: NTT DATA is a $30 billion global innovator of business and technology services, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
