Job Description

As a Cloud Solution Architect in the CSA Global Delivery organization, your role will involve planning and delivering proactive and reactive support for customers, including onsite presence when necessary. You will be responsible for identifying and managing customer goals and opportunities to enhance the quality, consumption, and health of their solutions. Additionally, you will drive proactive delivery management by addressing performance issues, analyzing problems, and optimizing your customers' solutions. Collaboration with internal Microsoft support teams, account teams, and other stakeholders will be essential to ensure a streamlined customer support experience. You will also play a key role in sharing lessons learned for continuous process and delivery improvement, engaging in customer meetings to review support issues, and participating in technical communities. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and deliver proactive and reactive support, including onsite presence as required - Identify and manage customer goals and opportunities for improvement - Drive proactive delivery management and optimize customer solutions - Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders for efficient customer support - Share knowledge and insights through technical communities Technical Leadership: - Act as CSA Pod Lead, driving planning and delivery of Pod team - Develop technical and professional learning plans - Mentor less experienced colleagues - Share strategic technical input with internal communities - Participate in external technical community events - Generate ideas for changes and improvements to existing IP - Develop new IP to fill identified gaps - Drive opportunities for IP reuse and best practice sharing Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience - 10+ years of Data & AI related experience with expertise in SQL Server and Azure SQL technologies - Data & AI Certifications in Microsoft and competing Cloud Technologies - Strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills - Experience leading projects and motivating others - Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to handle multiple responsibilities Additional Details: - This position allows for up to 50% work from home - Applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled As a Cloud Solution Architect in the CSA Global Delivery organization, your role will involve planning and delivering proactive and reactive support for customers, including onsite presence when necessary.
