Job Description

The Sales Engineer plays a crucial role in connecting technical expertise with sales strategies. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to drive business growth through your in-depth technical knowledge, product demonstrations, and by helping clients grasp the value of our training solutions. Your responsibilities will include supporting the sales team with your deep understanding of training solutions, conducting product demonstrations and workshops, and presenting proof-of-concept presentations. You will engage with customers to assess their training needs, suggest suitable solutions, and collaborate with vendor partners like Microsoft, Cisco, and AWS to stay abreast of the latest trends and certification requirements. Additionally, you will be involved in developing technical proposals, responding to RFPs, onboarding new clients, and ensuring the smooth implementation of training programs. Your role will also encompass gathering customer feedback, sharing insights with the product and curriculum teams, and creating Skilling Plans based on customer consultations to ensure workforce readiness and compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities Areas (KRAs) will involve showcasing expertise in multi-cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, tailoring skilling plans to specific cloud solutions chosen by customers to enhance workforce competency, staying updated on multi-cloud certification paths, and supporting discussions on cloud training strategies and workforce upskilling initiatives. You will need to possess strong knowledge of AI, Network & Security, or Cloud technologies relevant to your specialization, familiarity with vendor certification paths, experience with enterprise technology solutions and integrations, and the ability to conduct technical training sessions and presentations. In terms of soft skills, you should have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, exceptional communication and presentation abilities, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, the capacity to simplify complex technical concepts for a non-technical audience, a collaborative mindset for working with cross-functional teams, customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills, and adaptability and eagerness to stay updated with emerging technologies. Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, at least 3 years of experience in a technical sales or pre-sales engineering role, certifications related to AI, Network & Security, or Cloud are advantageous, and prior experience in a training or education company is preferred.,
