In my entire career have never seen such cool and fun work environment. Apart from that there's a lot scope for learning over here. Management is very understanding and flexible. Anyone can be vocal and speak about the issues they are facing directly to the management. This kind of transparency is rare in the industry.

I'd say this is the most horrible company for women. Not really inclusive. If going for maternity they don't give a hike and once you are back again you don't get a hike. They don't even talk about it when we ask. I've made a good decision to leave the company. Had I stayed I would have been put in pip.

Please don’t go and attend interview here before knowing the budget. HR doesn’t communicate the budget details and waste our time. After the whole interview they come up saying we don’t have budget
