Summary: As a Cloud Platform Architect, you will oversee application architecture and deployment in cloud platform environments, which includes public cloud, private cloud, and hybrid cloud. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to develop cloud adoption plans, design cloud applications, and implement effective cloud management and monitoring strategies. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the cloud infrastructure aligns with organizational goals and meets performance standards, while also addressing any challenges that arise during deployment and operation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and align cloud strategies with business objectives. - Mentor junior professionals in cloud architecture best practices and deployment methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Architecture. - Strong understanding of cloud service models including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS. - Experience with cloud security best practices and compliance frameworks. - Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. - Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in AWS Architecture. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
