Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the overall Accounts & Finance function of the organization. Ensure timely finalization of accounts , statutory audit , and compliance with accounting standards . Handle direct and indirect taxation compliances Review and monitor monthly financial statements , MIS reports , and cash flow management . Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors for audits and financial reviews. Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts. Support management in financial decision-making and business planning . Key Skills: Strong knowledge of Accounting , Audit , Finalization of Accounts , and Taxation . Expertise in financial analysis , budgeting , and statutory compliance . Proficiency in accounting software (Tally) Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
