The Chef will manage daily kitchen activities, ensure consistency in food quality, and contribute to the development of an exceptional menu. The ideal candidate must be highly skilled in Chinese cuisine, with additional knowledge of Tandoor and other cuisines considered a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day kitchen operations with focus on quality and consistency. Prepare and refine Chinese cuisine dishes suitable for delivery. Train and support junior kitchen staff. Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and kitchen safety standards. Monitor ingredient quality, manage inventory, and coordinate with procurement. Maintain recipe documentation, portion standards, and food cost control. Assist with multi-cuisine preparation when needed (Tandoor and others). Ensure timely preparation of orders and smooth workflow.
