Cloud Automation Test Engineer (LambdaTest)

Job Summary:

Cloud Automation Test Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and maintain

  automated test scripts

  using

  LambdaTest

  and supported frameworks (Selenium, TestNG, Cypress, Playwright, etc.).
• Perform

  cross-browser and cross-platform testing

  using LambdaTest's cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify, document, and troubleshoot defects.
• Participate in

  test planning, estimation, and reporting

  activities.
• Integrate automated tests into

  CI/CD pipelines

  using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Conduct

  manual testing

  when required to validate functionality before automation.
• Analyze test results, identify root causes, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in

  cloud testing and automation tools

  .

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with

  LambdaTest

  or other cloud-based testing tools (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, etc.).
• Strong experience in

  Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright

  automation frameworks.
• Proficiency in

  Java, Python, or JavaScript

  for writing test scripts.
• Familiarity with

  CI/CD tools

  (Jenkins, GitHub, Azure DevOps).
• Good understanding of

  SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies

  .
• Knowledge of

  API testing tools

  like Postman or Rest Assured (preferred).
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with

  mobile application testing

  on cloud devices.
• Understanding of

  Docker, AWS, or other cloud platforms

  .
• Knowledge of

  test reporting tools

  like Allure or Extent Reports.
