Cloud Architect - Distributed Systems

As a Cloud Architect with over 6 years of experience in cloud and software architecture, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining system architecture across cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS. Your role will involve designing microservices architecture with containerization using tools like ECS and AKS. You will also be evaluating new technologies to improve platform performance and security. Your responsibilities will include being a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Cloud Service Provider-specific services like AWS and Azure. You will collaborate with the Product team to ensure solutions are aligned with the cloud platform. Proactively identifying and aligning Newgen solutions with emerging Cloud services and technologies will be crucial. Working closely with the implementation team, you will design cloud solution architecture for customers and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for effective cloud management. Optimizing cloud architecture in terms of cost, performance, and other factors will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will play a key role in creating a knowledge base for future reference by the production support team. Overall, as a Cloud Architect, you will lead design and code reviews, work with DevOps teams on deployment strategies, and ensure scalability, security, and compliance of systems.
