Role & responsibilities Develop, enhance, and maintain Oracle Fusion technical solutions across HCM/FIN/SCM modules. Design and build BIP/BI Publisher reports , data models, and bursting solutions. Create and optimize OTBI reports and dashboards. Implement and support OIC-based integrations (REST/SOAP, FBDI, File-based). Build extensions and custom applications using VBCS (preferred). Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Perform unit testing, issue resolution, and production support. Prepare technical documentation including design specs, test scripts, and deployment documents. Collaborate with functional and business teams for solution delivery. Preferred candidate profile 710 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Technical. Strong SQL & PL/SQL experience. Extensive working knowledge in BI Publisher (BIP) —data models, templates, bursting. OTBI report development expertise. Good experience with OIC integrations . Exposure to VBCS development (added advantage). Good understanding of Oracle Fusion data model across HCM/FIN/SCM. Strong troubleshooting & debugging skills. Excellent communication & client-facing skills.
