As a top technical personnel in our R&D team, you will play a crucial role in translating product requirements into technical solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding and advising various functions within the group, ensuring the successful oversight of all technical aspects. Your responsibilities will include functioning as a technical leader or system architect, exploring new technologies and products, and conceptualizing innovative ideas that can be patented or trademarked. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge to define and implement cutting-edge technologies, as well as provide support for specialized projects and initiatives. In addition, you will collaborate with engineering and product management teams in defining Airties" product strategies, assisting with RFPs, and contributing to process improvement efforts. Your role will also involve mentoring and coaching other team members, supporting engineering management in hiring processes, and representing Airties in product presentations to customers. The ideal candidate for this position should possess outstanding technical expertise in Cloud computing, Big Data, and AI, with a minimum of 10 years of engineering experience. A strong understanding of big data systems, Fixed Wireless Access, Wi-Fi, CPE, AI solutions, AWS, and Databricks is essential. You should demonstrate a proactive approach, excellent mentoring skills, and a solid grasp of industry standards and technologies. A minimum University Degree, preferably in Engineering, along with proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required for this role.
