Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete property closure process, from booking to agreement execution and possession.
Handle customer negotiations, queries, and high-value property transactions.
Coordinate with Sales, Legal, CRM, and Finance teams to ensure smooth closures.
Ensure timely completion of agreements, registration, payment follow-ups, and documentation.
Handle HNI/UHNI clients and maintain strong customer relationships.
Resolve customer concerns and ensure a smooth property-buying experience.
Monitor closure targets, pending cases, and handover schedules.
Lead the closing team and ensure timely achievement of targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline; a relevant qualification is preferred.
8–10 years of experience in real estate, specifically property closures.
Strong knowledge of property documentation, agreements, registration, and possession procedures.
Experience handling residential or commercial real estate transactions.
Excellent negotiation, communication, coordination, and team management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹141,000.00 per month
