Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and follow up with qualified leads.
Conduct property presentations and site visits.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Negotiate pricing and close sales transactions.
Coordinate with CRM, legal, and finance teams for booking and documentation.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

3–7 years of experience in real estate sales and closures.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Customer-focused and target-driven approach.

Compensation: Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives

Location: Parel, Mumbai
Reporting To: Sales Manager / Sales Head.
