Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
· Handle and close high-value residential property deals in Gurugram, especially luxury and premium high-rise projects.
· Convert qualified leads, client meetings, and site visits into successful bookings.
· Develop strong relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, investors, and prospective homebuyers.
· Understand client requirements, budgets, investment preferences, and property expectations.
· Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and commercial terms to achieve successful closures.
· Coordinate with the sales team, CRM team, and developer representatives to ensure a smooth booking process.
· Follow up with prospective clients consistently and maintain an effective sales pipeline.
· Ensure timely completion of booking forms, documentation, token payments, and other closure formalities.
· Maintain accurate records of client interactions, deal status, bookings, and sales performance.
· Achieve monthly booking and revenue targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
· Stay updated on Gurugram’s luxury real estate market, including new launches, inventory, pricing, and competitor projects.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
