We are seeking a dynamic, motivated Marketing and Communications Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is a creative communicator with a passion for storytelling, visual design, and digital marketing. This role is integral to supporting our marketing initiatives, executing impactful communication strategies, and engaging with our target audience effectively. Key Responsibilities Create, proofread, and edit clear, compelling content for various communication channels, including emails, social media, blogs, and newsletters. Design visually engaging and impactful PowerPoint presentations for internal meetings, client pitches, webinars, and events. Manage marketing activities across digital channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines. Collaborate effectively through platforms such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Meet to ensure seamless communication and project coordination. Monitor, analyze, and report marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, Hootsuite, and other relevant digital marketing tools. Assist in managing and maintaining HubSpot CRM, ensuring data accuracy, tracking lead generation efforts, and campaign management. Plan, organize, and manage webinars and online events, handling logistics, speaker coordination, promotions, and post-event reporting. Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English; native-level proficiency will be considered an advantage. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong presentation design skills with a keen eye for visual aesthetics. Practical experience using collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Meet. Familiarity with digital marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, Hootsuite). Basic knowledge and operational experience with HubSpot CRM. Preferred Skills Proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment. Prior experience organizing webinars and online events.
