The role requires you to lead and manage research activities to gain actionable insights into market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs. Your responsibilities will include analyzing market trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to provide recommendations, preparing detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, managing multiple research projects simultaneously, and suggesting potential new launches to the business. You will be expected to design questionnaires, analyze findings, and present reports to brand teams, as well as collaborate with external research vendors and agencies to ensure project execution and quality control. Utilizing your knowledge of IQVIA, AWACS, and CMARC datasets is essential for extracting and analyzing sales and prescription data. Additionally, you will be required to maintain a high level of stakeholder management and prepare insights-driven presentations for leadership. Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Science, along with a Master's degree in management or MBA. A minimum of 5 years of experience in market research, particularly in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, is preferred. Key skills and competencies needed for this position include hands-on experience with IQVIA, AWACS, and Espirit, expertise in primary market research, proficiency in MS Office, good analytical and presentation skills, excellent communication skills, project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to comprehend data and derive meaningful insights. Proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical software such as SPSS, SAS, Cliq sense, Tableau, and Power BI will be an advantage. Being able to multitask, work in a matrix agile organization, and collaborate effectively as a team player are also important qualities for this role.
