Coordinate interviews, internship drives, and placement activities. Maintain placement records, student databases, and feedback reports. Conduct career guidance sessions and resume-building workshops for students. Collaborate with academic and training teams to align student readiness with industry expectations. Requirements: Graduate or postgraduate in Life Sciences, HR, or Management . Excellent communication, networking, and coordination skills. Prior experience in placement coordination, recruitment.
