Clinical System Administrator I

The role of Administrative Support for Clinical Systems involves providing guidance and assistance related to the Clinical Systems. Your responsibilities will include managing internal User Access requests, entering data into the Global Directory within Precisions Clinical System, creating Studies, Countries, and Sites within the system, and addressing help desk tickets for system-related inquiries or issues. Additionally, you will be involved in supporting Clinical System modifications, reviewing system access, and assisting in ad-hoc tasks as assigned by leads or managers. To qualify for this role, you should have a degree or equivalent education and experience in information systems or technology. Preferred qualifications include experience in clinical trial systems such as CTMS, EDC, eTMF, and RTMS, with a detailed understanding of requirements gathering, documentation, configuration, and integrations. Key skills required for this position include the ability to independently resolve issues and escalate when necessary, quick adaptation to learning new systems, and strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
