Clinical Nurse / Phlebotomist

The Clinical Nurse for IV Home Services is responsible for providing safe, high-quality nursing care to patients receiving intravenous (IV) therapies in their homes. This includes assessment, administration of IV medications/fluids, catheter care, patient and caregiver education, and coordination with physicians and the home care team. The nurse ensures compliance with clinical standards, infection-control practices, and regulatory requirements.

· Administer IV therapies.

· Start peripheral IV lines and manage central lines

· Monitor for adverse reactions and intervene appropriately.

· Perform IV site care, dressing changes, line flushing, and maintenance.

· Adhere to aseptic and infection-control standards at all times.

· Teach client and families how to manage IV therapy, recognize complications, and perform basic line care if required.

· Follow organizational policies, nursing standards, and regulatory guidelines.

· Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse

· Minimum 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in IV therapy.

· Experience with central line care is highly preferred.

· Valid nursing license in the practicing region.

· IV Therapy Certification (required or preferred depending on location

· Strong IV insertion and infusion management skills.

· Excellent assessment and critical-thinking abilities.

· Strong communication skills.

· Ability to work independently in-home environments.

· Time management and ability to handle multiple visits per day.

· Comfortable working in diverse home settings.

· Flexible schedules depending on patient needs.

· On-call rotation may be required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
