Role & responsibilities Laboratory Procedures : Perform procedures such as sperm preparation, egg retrieval, fertilization, embryo culture, and cryopreservation. Conduct advanced techniques like Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI) and Preimplantation Genetic Testing (PGT). Quality Control : Ensure all laboratory equipment and procedures meet stringent quality and safety standards. Maintain accurate records of all procedures and outcomes. Patient Interaction : Collaborate with fertility specialists to discuss treatment plans and outcomes with patients. Provide information and support regarding the IVF process. Research and Development : Engage in research to improve success rates and develop new techniques in reproductive medicine. Stay updated on advancements in embryology and fertility treatments. Ethical Practices : Adhere to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards in handling human gametes and embryos. Team Collaboration : Work closely with gynecologists, andrologists, and other medical professionals to ensure seamless patient care. Preferred candidate profile MSC Embryologist
