Job Description

Role Overview: You will be a part of our team as a Clinical Data Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in transforming healthcare delivery through Value-Based Care (VBC) initiatives. Your deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare system and clinical background will be essential in leveraging data to improve health outcomes and cost efficiencies. Key Responsibilities: - Provide clinical insights and subject matter expertise to clients for designing, implementing, and optimizing value-based care models, including HCC coding, utilization patterns, chronic care management strategies, and risk modeling. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop care models and dashboards that enhance patient outcomes and reduce the total cost of care, using tools like PowerBI. - Utilize SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Python to extract and interpret data for clinical interventions and operational planning. - Develop reports and dashboards on clinical quality, Measurable Patient Outcomes, utilization, and cost metrics to evaluate care interventions and population health programs. - Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, bridging the gap between clinical and non-clinical teams. - Stay up-to-date with regulatory frameworks relevant to VBC and CMMI programs. Qualifications Required: - Medical Clinician with at least 3 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting. - Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare system, value-based care models, and population health strategies. - Proficiency in SQL and experience with clinical or claims datasets. - Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools like Excel, Power BI, and Tableau. - Ability to translate clinical and operational challenges into data requirements and actionable insights. - Availability to work in the US central time zone. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in the US healthcare environment, particularly with ACOs, health systems, or population health management. - Knowledge of HCC coding, risk adjustment, and quality metrics. - Some experience with Python, R, or SAS for data manipulation and statistical analysis. - Background in quality improvement, utilization management, or care coordination.
