Clinical Associates Nephrology

Role Overview: You will be serving as a Clinical Associate in Nephrology at Sir H.N. Reliance Foundation Hospital & Research Centre in Mumbai. Your primary responsibility will be to support the nephrology team in diagnosing and managing various kidney-related conditions. This full-time role offers an opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in nephrology care under the guidance of experienced nephrologists. You will be actively involved in patient care and assessment across Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban, and Navi Mumbai locations. Key Responsibilities: - Assist nephrologists in diagnosing and managing kidney-related conditions. - Implement patient care plans as instructed by the nephrology team for efficient treatment delivery. - Support in clinical assessments and monitor patient progress under supervision. - Facilitate communication among patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure consistent patient care. - Participate in patient rounds, case discussions, and educational activities to enhance clinical skills. - Adhere to hospital policies and protocols, maintaining professional practice standards. - Conduct research and contribute to ongoing studies related to nephrology under guidance. - Ensure accurate documentation of patient information, treatment plans, and progress notes. Qualification Required: - MBBS + MD Medicine + DM in Nephrology is mandatory. - Proficiency in nephrology basics to support patient care effectively. - Capability in patient counseling to communicate treatment plans with clarity and empathy. - Experience in managing acute kidney injuries with a focus on timely and effective care. - Strong clinical assessment skills to evaluate patient conditions and develop appropriate clinical plans. - Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care. - Adherence to infection control practices for patient and staff safety. - Commitment to medical ethics in all patient interactions. - Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic hospital environment to enhance nephrology expertise.,
