Duties and Responsibilities

· Maintain established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, safety, environmental and infection control standards.

• To assist in treating consultant and ICU doctor to care of patient.
• Examines all new patients, check past medical records and mention allergy, chief complaints, relevant history, systemic examination findings, current medication, provisional diagnosis, final diagnosis, surgery done (if any), notes, plan of care (in coordination with the consultant) in the progress note
• Instruct the nursing staff about the necessary orders to be carried out.
• Assist doctor in follow up the investigations, note down results in investigation sheet and inform Treating Doctor.
• Assist all pre-operative protocols of patient and report to treating doctor.
• Assist post-operative monitoring patients and report to treating doctor.
• Attends to patients’ complaints and keep the consultant informed about the clinical condition of the patient.
• Coordinates with the consultants for discharge.
• Prepares & verify the discharge summary, explain the advice on discharge to the patient.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
