Role Overview: As a clinical assistant at our facility, your primary responsibility will be to create a positive patient experience. You will play a key role in obtaining patient information, performing minor diagnostic procedures, and ensuring a clean and hygienic environment. Your proactive approach towards patient care will be essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Welcoming and assisting clinic patients to create a positive experience - Obtaining personal and health information to prepare patient files - Maintaining patient data records for evaluation and health insurance purposes - Performing minor diagnostic tests and procedures as directed by healthcare professionals - Maintaining a clean and hygienic environment to promote patient safety - Mediating between patients and healthcare providers - Guiding patients through the clinic's various facilities and procedures - Setting up and stocking examination and procedure rooms - Sterilizing medical equipment and sanitizing designated areas Qualifications Required: - Clinic administration experience is preferred - Ability to follow detailed instructions effectively Additional Details: The job type is full-time and suitable for freshers and college students within the age limit of 18 to 30. Proficiency in Tamil language is preferred. The work schedule includes day shifts and rotational shifts with benefits such as health insurance, provident fund, performance bonus, and yearly bonus.
