Job Description

Greet patients warmly to help them feel comfortable and at ease.
Prepare patients for their appointment by organizing files and recording relevant health information.
Encourage patients to take their treatment and drug prescription seriously.
Record doctors’ diagnostic findings and maintain organized laboratory data files for easy access.
Guide and escort patients to the appropriate offices to prevent confusion.
Motivate patients to cooperate in their treatment procedure in order to gain quick recovery.
Mediate between patients and healthcare providers.
Coordinate patients during visits to the clinic to ensure orderliness and decency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
