We are looking for a Customer Service Agent (IVR-Inbound team) to support our customers in both sales and service queries.

Minimum qualifications:

Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology

2 years of experience in assessing *pre-primary children in a clinic/educational setting*

Should have experience working with 3-6 years of age group (administering assessment tools for this age group)

Sharing the results of assessments with school/parent

suggesting any intervention based on the assessment results

Knowledge, skills, abilities

Must demonstrate strong clinical counseling and assessment skills.

Strong preference for knowledge of the child's developmental milestones and developmental patterns

Prior experience in taking Remedial programs for learning disabilities or developmental delay in children would be a plus point

Offered CTC Up to:- 7LPA to 10LPA

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
