Role & responsibilities Clinical staff, encompassing doctors focus on patient care through diagnosis, treatment, and procedural interventions, alongside crucial documentation, communication, and professional development, with a critical role in emergency response. Paramedical staff, including nurses, radiologic and lab technicians, therapists, and other paramedics, provide specialized support services, ranging from medication management and diagnostic testing to therapy and pre-hospital care, all essential for comprehensive patient well-being. Essentially, clinical staff diagnose and treat, while paramedical staff deliver vital supporting care. Preferred candidate profile Roles: Casualty Medical Officers (CMO) Residential Medical Officers (RMO) Registered Staff Nurses Paramedical Technicians (CSSD, Pathology, Radiology, Ophthalmology, Dialysis, physiotherapy and Dentistry) Preferred Candidate Profile: Educational Qualification: CMO/RMO: MBBS/BAMS/BHMS degree from a recognized institution. Registered staff Nurses: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM with valid MNC registration . Paramedical Technicians: Diploma or certification in respective fields (CSSD, Pathology, Radiology, Ophthalmology, Dialysis, or Dentistry). Experience: CMO/RMO: 2-5 years of experience in emergency/ICU/ward management . Staff Nurses: 1-3 years of experience in hospital settings, patient care, and medication administration . Technicians: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in relevant paramedical fields . Freshers with strong technical skills and a passion for healthcare are welcome to apply. Technical & Clinical Skills: Proficiency in emergency care, patient management, and medical protocols . Competency in handling diagnostic equipment, lab procedures, and sterilization protocols . Knowledge of ICU, casualty, and ward management practices. Ability to operate paramedical equipment and instruments efficiently. Core Competencies: Patient-Centric Approach: Demonstrates empathy and compassion while delivering patient care. Technical Expertise: Skilled in clinical and diagnostic procedures . Team Collaboration: Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across departments. Communication Skills: Effective in interacting with patients, doctors, and healthcare staff . Attention to Detail: Accurate in documentation, patient records, and reporting . Additional Qualifications : Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) for CMO/RMO. Proficiency in hospital management systems (HMS) or patient record software.
