As a Product Manager for the Mantra Robotic Surgical System, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive product adoption across various surgical specialties. Your responsibilities will include analyzing market trends, developing commercial strategies, creating compelling value propositions, and engaging with Key Opinion Leaders to promote clinical advocacy and training programs. Your key responsibilities will involve understanding market dynamics and competitive intelligence, defining commercial strategies and product positioning, developing value propositions tailored to physicians, patients, and providers, and engaging with Key Opinion Leaders to build clinical advocacy and training programs. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or Business, with an MBA or master's degree preferred. You should also have at least 3-5 years of experience in product or clinical marketing within the medical device or surgical healthcare industry, with a strong clinical understanding of surgical anatomy and procedures, preferably in Gynaecology, Urology, or General Surgery. Additionally, you should possess proven experience in Key Opinion Leader engagement, evidence-based marketing, launch strategy, and the ability to manage cross-functional collaboration effectively. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms is required, along with a willingness to travel up to 30-40% for OR visits, training workshops, and medical conferences. The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for clinical innovation, a strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution, and the ability to navigate both clinical and commercial dimensions of a MedTech product effectively.
