Clinic Administrator

Centre Administrator will oversees the daily operations of a medical facility, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of both administrative and clinical aspects. Their responsibilities include managing staff, finances, facilities, and compliance with healthcare regulations, while also focusing on enhancing patient care and the overall patient experience.

• Supervise daily operations of the clinic and Lab
• Manage staff schedules and assignments
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies
• Develop and implement clinic policies and procedures
• Coordinate patient care services
• Monitor and manage clinic budgets and expenses
• Oversee patient billing and insurance claims
• Maintain clinic facilities and equipment
• Liaise between medical staff and administrative teams
• Address patient concerns and feedback
• Organize staff training and professional development
• Ensure accurate and confidential record-keeping
• Develop and execute marketing and outreach programs
• Monitor patient flow and improve service delivery
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to enhance patient care
• Business Development strategies and tie ups with Doctors, Hospitals and clinics.
• Oversee B2B customers and patients.
• Other responsibilities as and when requested by the management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Clinic / Diagnostic centre: 10 years (Required)
