Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Pharmacovigilance / CDM Trainer based in Whitefield, Bengaluru. The Trainer will be responsible for educating students and professionals on pharmacovigilance and clinical data management. Daily tasks include developing training materials, delivering lectures, conducting practical sessions, evaluating student progress, and providing feedback. The Trainer will also be involved in organizing workshops and seminars to enhance learning experiences. Qualifications Experience in Pharmacovigilance or in Clinical Data Management Strong knowledge of clinical research processes and regulations Excellent teaching and communication skills Ability to develop and update training materials Experience in conducting workshops and seminars Proficiency in using learning management systems and online training tools Attention to detail and strong organizational skills A Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Clinical Research, or a related field Prior training experience is a plus
