Job Description

As a Client Services Manager in an influencer marketing agency operating in the digital advertising and social media marketing sector, your role will involve owning day-to-day client relationships for influencer-led campaigns. You will serve as the primary point of contact to ensure campaign deliverables meet brand objectives, timelines, and KPIs. Additionally, you will be responsible for translating client briefs into actionable influencer strategies, managing end-to-end campaign execution, coordinating cross-functionally with various teams, delivering clear campaign reports and insights, and maintaining and expanding creator relationships for repeatable brand success. Key Responsibilities: - Own day-to-day client relationships for influencer-led campaigns; ensure campaign deliverables meet brand objectives, timelines, and KPIs. - Translate client briefs into actionable influencer strategies including audience targeting, creator mix, content formats, and measurement frameworks. - Manage end-to-end campaign execution from creator sourcing to compliance checks. - Coordinate with creative, analytics, and paid media teams for campaign alignment. - Deliver data-driven campaign reports and insights; recommend optimizations for improved reach, engagement, and ROI. - Maintain and expand creator relationships; build long-term partner programs and talent rosters. Qualifications Required: Must-Have: - Experience in influencer outreach and management platforms. - Proficiency in contract negotiation and campaign reporting. - Familiarity with social media analytics and Asana. Preferred: - Experience with CreatorIQ, Google Analytics, and Facebook Ads Manager.
