Responsibilities:
· Communicating with clients via phone calls, emails, or in person.
· Identifying and resolving all the client queries.
· Maintaining a detailed and accurate record of all client details and communications.
· Building and maintaining long-lasting business relationships with clients.
· Ensuring to respond to client queries in professional and timely manner.
· Providing clients with the relevant information of services offered by the company.
· Working closely with the Multiple teams for fulfilling the client requirements on time.
· Creating pitch presentations and providing first cut proposal drafts as per the requirements of clients.
Requirements:
· 1-3 years of relevant experience.
· Should be up-to-date with latest trends, techniques, and technologies.
· Should be prowess in MS-office.
· Proficiency in major digital platforms.
· Agency experience is an add on.
