We are looking for a well-organized and proactive Client Coordinator to act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth communication, timely project execution, and high levels of client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the liaison between clients and internal departments (sales, marketing, design, etc.). Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to relevant teams. Schedule meetings, prepare presentations, and follow up on deliverables. Address client queries, concerns, or issues promptly and professionally. Maintain client records, project trackers, and correspondence logs. Ensure deadlines are met and that clients are kept updated on project progress. Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and contracts when needed. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in client service, coordination, or account management. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
