Client Servicing Executive (Event background - Conferences)

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Client Servicing Executive to join our corporate events team. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, exceptional service delivery, and successful execution of corporate events, including conferences, product launches, brand activations, exhibitions, and more. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients throughout the event lifecycle. Understand client objectives and communicate requirements effectively to internal departments (creative, production, logistics, etc.). Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Prepare detailed event proposals, presentations, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with the planning team. Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure client expectations are met. Oversee event setup and execution to ensure timely delivery and quality standards. Address client queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Ensure post-event follow-ups, feedback collection, and client satisfaction reports.
