As a Client Relationship Manager, you’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining long-term connections with our valued clients. Your goal is to ensure their satisfaction, address any concerns, and contribute to the growth of our business. Responsibilities: Build and Strengthen Client Relationships: Develop and maintain positive, trust-based relationships with key clients. Understand their unique needs, preferences, and pain points. Address Client Business Needs: Collaborate with clients to identify their business requirements. Create customized plans to address their specific challenges and goals. Provide Expert Advice: Advise clients on strategies to optimize their processes and achieve profitability. Offer insights into industry trends and best practices. Regular Client Engagement: Schedule and conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their satisfaction. Act as the primary point of contact for any client concerns or complaints. Upselling and Cross-Selling: Work closely with our sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services or products. Ensure clients are aware of our full range of offerings. Contract Adherence and Escalation: Monitor contract terms and ensure both parties adhere to agreements. Escalate issues to senior management when necessary. Sales and Revenue Targets: Set achievable sales and revenue targets. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, engineers, etc.) to meet these goals. Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry competitors Identify strategies to retain existing clients in a competitive market. Requirements and Skills: Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or Relationship Manager Track record of meeting and exceeding targets. Background in customer service; knowledge of the entertainment industry is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Problem-solving aptitude and ability to work well within a team. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
