Client Relationship Manager

1. Make introduction calls to the existing customers of our next year's tradeshows
2. Mail the clients the proposals/quotations along with the tradeshow details3. Conduct follow-ups with the clients on the rebooking of the booth in our next year's exhibitions4. Assist the clients with the stall locations and floor plans5. Send customized emails to the clients as per the telephonic discussions6. Negotiate the prices on the standard prices & push the clients to finalize7. Offer the value-added proposal & discount to finalize the deal8. Conduct aggressive follow-ups with the clients for the finalization of the proposal9. Mail the entire finalized proposal to the client along with the proforma invoice10. Provide after-service to the clients by way of their brand promotion
