Key Responsibilities - Building Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with government contractors, Corporate clients, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. - Communication: Excellent communication to understand client needs, provide project updates, and to target new clients. - Project Management Oversee project execution, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards. - Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, agreements, and pricing with government departments and clients. - Issue Resolution: Resolve conflicts, disputes, or issues that may arise during project execution. Essential Skills - Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse clients and Departments. - Relationship Building: Ability to establish trust, credibility, and long-term relationships with clients and contractors. - Project Management: Proven project management skills, including planning, coordination, and delivery. - Contract Management: Knowledge of contract negotiation, administration, and management. - Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues. Qualifications - Education: Bachelor's degree in Arts, Business Administration, Contract Management, or a related field. - Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Relationship management, contract management, project management, or a related field. - Certifications: Certifications like Diploma in Computer Application are desirable.
