About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Client Partner to join our growing sales team. This is a ground-floor opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in business development and leadership. As a client Partner, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, present our services, and convert prospects into long-term customers. High performers will follow a structured growth roadmap toward a State Head leadership role within approximately one year, based on defined performance milestones.

Client Partner roles typically involve new-business development, client relationship management, sales-cycle ownership, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, contact, and qualify prospective clients through field visits, calls, referrals and digital channels.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
• Prepare and deliver clear presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Build trust-based, long-term relationships with clients and decision-makers.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Career Growth Roadmap:

Team Lead / Assistant State Head → Months 9–12 → Territory ownership, team support, revenue accountability

State Head → 12+ months → State-level strategy, team leadership, and market

expansion

Promotion to State Head will be based on achievement of revenue, client-acquisition, consistency, and leadership readiness milestones. *

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is confident, disciplined, and genuinely interested in building a sales career.

Education

• B.Sc. in Computer Science is preferred.
• MBA in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
• Candidates with equivalent qualifications and relevant sales, business development, marketing, or client-facing experience may also apply.

A background in computer science, business, marketing, or a related discipline is commonly preferred for client facing and business-development roles; MBA qualifications are often listed as preferred rather than mandatory.

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, client servicing, marketing, or customer relationship management.
• Prior experience in IT services, software, digital solutions, consulting, or B2B sales will be an added advantage.

Skills Required

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with field work.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and email communication.
• Willingness to learn about technology-driven products and services.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong follow-up discipline.
