About Us

Studio Sabi is a premium photography and video production studio based in Delhi, working with fashion brands, designers, ad agencies, corporates, and e-commerce clients. We are looking for a motivated and organized Client Coordinator / Sales Executive to manage incoming leads and help convert them into confirmed projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming leads from WhatsApp, Instagram, website, calls, and emails
• Respond to inquiries quickly and professionally
• Understand client requirements (shoot type, date, budget, usage)
• Share studio portfolio, basic pitch, and information with clients
• Schedule calls/meetings between clients and the Creative Director
• Regular follow-ups with potential clients
• Maintain and update lead records in Excel / Google Sheets
• Coordinate internally with the editing and production team after project confirmation

Required Skills

• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
• Confident on phone calls and WhatsApp conversations
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Drive, email)
• Organized and follow-up oriented
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client inquiries

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)

• Experience in sales, client handling, or service industry
• Basic understanding of photography, fashion, or creative agencies
• Experience handling Instagram DMs or business WhatsApp
