Business Development Executive JD We are seeking a proactive and goal driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Kochi Business School. The ideal candidate will have experience in telecalling, student acquisition, or admissions outreach, with strong communication and persuasion skills. The role focuses on generating leads, counselling prospective students, and driving institutional admissions growth. Key Responsibilities: Reach out to potential students and parents through telecalling and explain available programs. Follow up with leads and maintain detailed records of all interactions. Meet monthly and quarterly targets for lead conversion and admissions. Coordinate with marketing and admissions teams to implement outreach strategies. Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and admission procedures. Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communication, or English. Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, student acquisition / admissions outreach. Excellent verbal communication and convincing ability. Target oriented with strong follow up and relationship management skills. Compensation and Benefits Salary: Starting from 20,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
