We are looking for a skilled and motivated VoIP Engineer with more than 2 years of hands-on experience in VoIP technologies to join our team in Kochi Infopark . You will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and troubleshooting VoIP solutions for global clients, ensuring high reliability and excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities Configure, manage, and troubleshoot VoIP/PBX systems. Monitor call quality metrics . Manage SIP trunking and VoIP gateways. Provide technical support for client-side VoIP issues. Collaborate with network and security teams to optimize VoIP performance. Set up and maintain IP phones, softphones, and VoIP applications. Assist in call routing, dial plans, and IVR configurations. Ensure uptime and SLA adherence using monitoring tools. Document system configurations and maintain support logs.
